Primary strengths are in the collection and analysis of data to derive information, the dissemination of this information in a cogent and practical manner, the development of a realizable vision and the synthesis of strategies to achieve the goals. The facilitation of diverse groups to form a cohesive and unified effort is also a key tool used in much of the work of WCM.

We've all heard that a "consultant is someone who uses your watch to tell you the time". WCM does not even do that much. Instead, we simply clean the glass so that you can tell the time. After all, isn't that what you really need?
